Label:
Cloth labels in jacket and shirt, and stamped on vest buckle reads "Swears and Wells, London"  Stamped in gold in hat reads "To Her Majesty the Queen...Robert Heath, 25 St. George's Place, Hyde park Corner.  Established 1849".

Materials: Wool twill, cotton, linen herringbone, cotton braid and covered buttons, MOP buttons, wool felt hat. 

Provenance: De-accessioned from a Ct. Historical society.  No family documentation.

Condition: Very good to excellent.  3/4" hole in jacket sleeve edge, 1/2" hole in vest at lower front; 5 missing buttons from jacket, one from vest.  Hat needs steam cleaning.  Slight wear on sleeve cuffs of shirt.  Knickers excellent.

 Comments: Expensive, well made little boys clothing.  Overcoat # 1430 came from this same family.
