Materials: Sprung steel, cotton webbing, brass fittings. Condition: Very Good. There is scattered rust spotting on the steel bands' cotton covering; in three 4" sections the steel is exposed. The brass hook to fasten the waistband is missing. Cotton webbing all intact. Measurements: W, adjustable, 21"-26"; L, 34"; Hem C, 64". Comments: This hoop has a slight bustle back.
