few very tiny, hard to find breaks in the net.

Comments: The lace on this jacket is a
hand made Chantilly bobbin lace inserted onto a machine made net ground.
In hand-made Chantilly, the design elements are intricately worked
and subtly shaded. This mid 19th century summer jacket has capped pagoda
sleeves and a jewel neckline. This simple styling is the perfect
showcase for the bountiful floral and scroll design found in in this
exquisite lace jacket.
