Comments: All of the early 20th C. gowns I have seen from Mrs. Donovan's well known custom shop are beautifully designed and sewn. This trained gown could have been worn either for wedding or high tea. The multiple layers of embroidered silk tulle on the bodice and skirt give the gown an ethereal fairy-tale quality.
